レストランでは、事前予約制にてムスリムフレンドリーメニューを提供しております。
ムスリムフレンドリーメニューは、ハラール許可食肉を含むハラール食材のみを使用し、準備、調理は、厨房内にて専用の調理器具を使用して調理いたしております。

また、朝食バイキング・ランチバイキングでは、ハラ―ル食材のみを使用したメニューに専用のマークを表示しております。

※レストランでは、ムスリムフレンドリー以外のお料理やお飲み物も提供しております。
※ムスリムフレンドリーメニュー以外の食品や飲料や調理器具は、厨房や倉庫内の別エリアに保管及び調理し、準備しております。
※年末年始および2月はご利用いただけません。

■Muslim-friendly menu in the restaurant (advance reservation required)
We use only Halal certified products including Halal certified meet to cookMuslim-friendly meal.
Preperation and cooking Muslim-friendly menu is executed by its own cookingware in the kitchen being separated from others.
 (We separately use our kitchenwares to cook non-Muslim meal.)
Successively, in buffet style breakfast and lunch, we attach special label to the dishes use only Halal products for Muslim guests.
In the restaurant, we provide drinks and foods for non-muslim guests as well.
We separately store, prepare and cook non-Halal foods and drinks with caution.
